Opale is a highly experienced and long term dedicated Yoga and Pilates teacher with a wealth of knowledge gained through her extensive global travels and studies. <\/strong><\/p>\n

She has been teaching Yoga and Pilates since 2005, offering classes for individuals and groups of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.<\/p>\n

With over 20 years of experience as a Yoga teacher, Opale brings a deep understanding of the body and mind to her classes, making her a compassionate and skilled instructor.<\/p>\n

Her teaching is rooted in the philosophy of Sukhita Yoga, the Yoga of Joy, which emphasizes mindfulness, centring, and grounding, along with the transformative power of a positive attitude.<\/p>\n

Opale’s classes focus on bringing all four bodies \u2014 physical, intellectual, emotional, and energetic \u2014 into harmony, guiding students to work with clarity, simplicity and presence.<\/p>\n

Through her approach, students experience not only increased strength and flexibility but also enhanced stability, integrity, and confidence.<\/p>\n
